Dr. Brown’s Payment and Shipping Policy

Payment

Dr. Brown’s accepts the following US based credit card payment options:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

Shipping

Ship time will take effect after the order has been processed; our goal is to ship orders within one (1) business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Currently, we ship to all 50 states and Armed Forces APO/FPO customers. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. Territories at this time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Free shipping*

If your order is over $25.00 (pre-tax), you will qualify for free standard shipping in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). With free shipping, your order will be delivered 2-7 business days after all of your items are available to ship.  Our goal is to select the optimal shipping method for free shipping, which could be either via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Qualifying amount applies to all merchandise on drbrownsbaby.com.

*Orders that are less than $25.00 (pre-tax), a $5.00 flat rate shipping charge is applied and is non-refundable.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation will be sent to you via email along with a tracking number if you selected UPS delivery.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Dr. Brown’s Customer Service Team for assistance. Please note that orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have shipped.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your order for a full refund or exchange of the item cost within 60 days of the purchase date. Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories, instruction guides and labels. Domestic return shipping is free. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable.

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on drbrownsbaby.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.

Once your item is returned, we will either exchange the item (per your selection) or issue a credit (to your credit card). If your selection is no longer available, we will issue a credit. If a credit is issued, we will credit the original payment account for the item’s purchase price, including tax (if applicable), but excluding the original shipping charge. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for the credit to appear in your account.

Returns will be processed between 5-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your items are received damaged or defective, please contact our Dr. Brown’s Customer Service Team for immediate assistance.

If you request a refund the original shipping cost will be refunded in addition to the cost of the item and sales tax (if applicable).

If you request a replacement item or exchange (of equal or lesser value), it will be shipped to you without any additional charges.

Handi-Craft reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Return and Shipping policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Return and Shipping policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
