Hi, I’m Shalisa!
I’m a fitness instructor/personal trainer, an event producer, and (most importantly) a mom to the sweetest little boy, Kai! I love connecting with women through social media, whether it is through sharing workouts and fitness tips or chatting about my journey as a new mom. After Kai’s arrival last July, I decided to shift my focus to pre- and postnatal fitness and pelvic floor work, so you can find tips, workouts and eventually programs on my Instagram page. My goal is to help moms feel strong during and after pregnancy, and to love and embrace their bodies every step of the way!
