You may browse many sections of our Services without providing any Personal Information about yourself. However, if you choose to use our Services that require you to create an account, we may collect the following types of Personal Information (“Personal Information”) directly from you:

If you choose to share information about yourself in a public forum, such as through a social media platform like Facebook or Twitter, or in any user-generated content with our Services, we consider that information to be public and not private. Others with access may read, collect and use that information. You assume the risk that your information may be read, collected and shared by such other parties.
We may also collect Personal Information when you enter a sweepstake utilizing our Services or using third-party websites to access or Services, sign up for email communications, participate in a survey, contact customer service, engage in a promotion online or otherwise interact with our Services.
We may collect certain Personal Information or other technical data from your computer or mobile device when you use our Services. We receive information from your device, including but not limited to IP address, web browser and operating systems, mobile operating system version (to the extent applicable), and unique device identifiers. Information We Automatically Collect From You
We may also permit other third parties to gather information automatically on our Services for advertising purposes, as described below in Interest-Based Advertising.
You can prevent your receipt of interest-based ads by deleting and declining cookies in your browser. If you block cookies, certain features on our Sites may not work. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective in mobile applications. However, on many mobile devices, application users may opt-out of certain mobile ads via their device settings.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Our Services do not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.
While visiting certain features of our Services, you may be given the opportunity to provide feedback regarding various Handi-Craft products. You may be given opportunities to rate Handi-Craft products and to publicly ask and answer questions pertaining to Handi-Craft products. In order to fully participate in these portions of our Services, you may be asked to provide your full name and an email address, as well as a created online username which will be publicly linked to your product ratings, questions, answers and other comments. You will be required to agree to our Terms and Conditions of Use which require you, among other things, to verify that you are over the age of 18. You may also be prompted to submit additional voluntary information, such as specific age range, gender, location, address, phone number, website, and the length of time which you have used Handi-Craft products. This information may be linked online to your chosen username. Handi-Craft stores this additional information, if provided, and later uses it to help us better understand and respond to the collective feedback we receive.

Newsletter and Email Communications
If you choose to sign-up for our newsletter or email communications using any of our Services, you must submit certain basic information during the registration process. This information may include your Personal Information and a confirmation that you are over 18 years old. This information is used to send the newsletter or email communications electronically, and to ensure that we can provide you with appropriate customer service and respond to your inquiries.
For any information that we collect through our Services, Handi-Craft becomes the owner of that data.
Social Platform Registrations and Social Media Plugins
Some of the Handi-Craft Services permit you to use a third-party social networking platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+. This includes the use of social media plugins such as Facebook “Like,” Twitter “Tweet,” Pinterest “Pin,” Google “+1” buttons, etc. When you use these social networking platforms and plugins, your Personal Information that is used for the services and other information available about you or collected from you on these services may be shared with us. We may ask your permission to repost your Facebook, Instagram story, or Twitter quotes on our Services. If you agree, you grant us the right to use your posts on our Services for promotional purposes.
Using and Sharing Information Collected

We have undertaken commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to the Users Personal Information we retain. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or any information provided online, and you do so at your own risk. By using our Services, you accept all risks associated with any data transmission, including the risk that your Personal Information may be intercepted in transit and agree that we will not be liable for disclosures of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
We implement a variety of security measures to ensure the security of your Personal Information on our systems. When you enter sensitive information through one of our Services, we encrypt your Personal Information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Handi-Craft does not market any of its products online for children under the age of 13, nor does Handi-Craft design its Services to attract an audience of children under the age of 13. Although certain pages within the website may reference “children,” “babies,” or “infants,” Handi-Craft strictly intends for such portions of the website, including all other Services, to be used only by adults or children of the age 13 or older.
Handi-Craft adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and does not knowingly register or otherwise collect Personal Information from any child under the age of 13 without the prior verifiable consent of the child’s parent or guardian. However, we are allowed to collect personal information from a child for the one-time purpose of responding to an inquiry, answering an email, or seeking Verifiable Parental Consent at the request of the child under the age of 13.
Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, parents have the right to review and have their child’s personal information deleted from our records. Parents also have the right to tell us to stop collecting or using their child’s personal information. Update, Modify or Correct Your Personal Information
Handi-Craft takes reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate and up-to-date for the purposes for which it was collected. We encourage you to contact us to update or correct your information if it changes or if you believe that any information that we have collected about you is inaccurate. Consistent with legal requirements and limitations, Handi-Craft also permits you to obtain a copy of Personal Information that we hold about you. You have the right to unsubscribe from any Services that we offer if you no longer want to participate.
