Meet Our LC Experts
Terressa Patterson, RN, BSN, IBCLC
Terressa has over 30 years of bedside nursing experience, with 15 years spent in an Arizona-based Children’s Medical Center working with colleagues, doctors, and families to create a safe and successful breastfeeding environment. She has developed and taught a wide range of educational prenatal and postnatal classes for patients and the community at large. Her work through both an outpatient lactation center and phone consultations has given her the opportunity to share her knowledge and skills and support moms throughout their breastfeeding journey. With Dr. Brown’s, Terressa continues that legacy of passion and support, providing solutions to breastfeeding and pumping questions from Dr. Brown’s moms across the country.
Diane Heumann, CLC
Diane is a certified Lactation Counselor (LC) with a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She has been assisting moms across the country for the last 14 years as a Dr. Brown’s breastfeeding customer support specialist, answering general questions as well as supporting parents with their Dr. Brown’s products. As a working mom of four children who were all breastfed, Diane offers a unique and supportive perspective to moms everywhere.
Shelley Rosa, CLC
Shelley is a mom of three, certified Lactation Counselor (LC), and graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia with a degree in Journalism. Having been through the breastfeeding journey with all her kids, Shelley knows how different each experience can be. She brings that understanding, as well as 14 years of professional experience in assisting moms with breastfeeding and pumping questions, to parents who need help along the way.
