Simplisse® Merges with Dr. Brown's®
All Simplisse products to be rebranded as Dr. Brown's
ST. LOUIS, Sept. 5, 2012 - Simplisse - the brand known primarily for introducing breast pumps with soft, pliable breast cups that puff in and out to make pumping a more gentle experience - is merging with baby products leader Dr. Brown’s.
Handi-Craft Co., maker of the Dr. Brown's Natural Flow® baby bottle, Designed to Nourish™ feeding products, training cups, pacifiers, teethers and bottle accessories, today announced the joining of Simplisse with Dr. Brown's. The merger will result in the rebranding of all Simplisse products, which include: Simplisse® Double Electric Breast Pump, Manual Breast Pump, breastfeeding accessories and the Gia® Angled Breastfeeding Pillow and pillow covers.
